AH-SOO (fighting hands)

Ah-Soo is the first video in the series. This video coordinates the hands by teaching all levels of students how to punch in combinations with extreme power and accuracy. It also teaches students how to focus, build, enhance and use Chi, an internal force, that when harnessed can produce devastating results on an opponent. With out this aspect on the Art, a person can never expect to have the abilities of a true master. The punching combinations in Ah-Soo are continuous, fast and furious. The various combinations in 45 Ah-Soo lessons are interchangeable with each other and can be expanded to make up 12,000 different punching combinations, making this video a must for all serious students of the Art.

FUT-GA (the way of the Monk)

Fut-Ga is the second video of the series. These are the lessons used by the Monks themselves. Fut-ga lessons are offensive and aggressive. They coordinate the arms and hands to work as one with the legs and feet, giving the student such tools as balance and timing. This training puts much more power into the hands of its students and offers many varieties of movement never before imagined. Fut-Ga lessons are very easy to learn, but make no mistake, these lessons are fierce and will neutralize an opponent immediately. Learn how to launch multiple attacks using punches and kicks at the same time. Practitioners should use these lessons wisely.

CHOY-LI-HO (the families of San Soo)

The third in the series of videos, Choy-Li-Ho teaches the utilization of strong leverages. Pressure points, joint locks, throws, flips, hyper extension of nerves, muscles, ligaments and tendons, as well as many varieties of bone breaking techniques, including but not limited to arms, legs, back and neck are also presented in this video. Power is not a major concern when practicing leverages but this training combined with the Ah-soo and Fut-Ga training gives a fighter a very well rounded base from which to grow.

TOP-GA (dap-ga)

The fourth in the video series brings all of your training to one focal point. Top-ga refines the student by putting everything into prospective. Top-Ga takes all the skills and movements previously learned, including powerful punches, kicks and leverages, and combines them all into easy to learn and easy to understand lessons. These lessons are priceless to all serious students and are extremely impressive and dangerous. Taught in a true combat oriented format, these lessons should not ever be underestimated.

NUMPI (lessons of the masters) - Set one

Numpi lessons are the finest hand to hand combat lessons ever devised by man. This video literally brings you to the pinnacle of your training. You will not find any lessons in any Art that are more sophisticated than these. Numpi teaches how to use an opponents power against himself. Learn how to cut in at angles and how to utilize "economy of motion" for speed and accuracy. These continuous circular attacking methods are second to none and will make whatever movement your opponent tries to use against you fail.
